Account and workspace data
Account creation processes information such as name, email, and workspace name. The organization administrator manages member access and data accuracy.
Conversations and knowledge
Messages, feedback, and customer-provided knowledge sources are processed to provide answers and reports. Upload only content you are authorized to use.
Infrastructure processors
Depending on deployment configuration, database, file storage, cache, and AI model providers may participate in technical processing. Their selection belongs in the deployment and contract record.
